Mack Creative Custom designs are fabulously coordinated and strikingly different, with colour and style, that complement any outfit.
Mack Creative Custom was founded by designer Kate MacMillan, a graduate of Toronto's Ontario College of Art and Design.
The Mack design style employs a mix of organic and contemporary; clean lines and soft curves. It involves fabricated three dimensional forms often constructed from multiple castings.
Mack pieces show great attention to detail, contrasting subtle matte surfaces with highly polished metal. Mack designs use a silver or gold base to support precious or semi-precious gemstones and beads. The choice of colour is deliberate adding a dynamic feel to the real or implied movement.
Mack Creative pieces span many different genres from intricate engagement rings to playful cocktail rings. Unique earrings, bracelets, pendants and necklaces are also staples in Kate's annual show line-up.

Payment
I accept payment of cash, e-transfer, Visa & MasterCard and American Express. All prices are subject to 13% HST.
Shipping
Please allow 5-10 business days before shipping, as we do not carry stock and create items as they are ordered.
(Holiday orders are much faster; if you have any special event we can put your order in high priority and ship out within a few days.) Please keep in mind that orders must meet the holiday cut off time line, please email me for more information.
I pack securely and ship all orders from Toronto.
Shipping to Canada and the US:
Items will be sent via Canada Post or FedEx.
I use registered shipping with a tracking number for $18. Delivery in Canada takes 3-7 business days and to the US 6-14 business days.
FedEx shipping costs $30. It takes approximately 3-5 business days for delivery, once ready.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and duty fees in their countries. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
All my designs are packed in top quality gift boxes - strong enough for shipping and pretty enough to use as a gift box :).
If the item arrives broken or dented (never happened and probably never will) send it back and I will repair or replace it free of charge.
Refunds and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is very important to me! I stand behind 100% of my pieces and will work with you to rectify any concerns. Because my merchandise is fine jewellery and requires personal sizing, I am not able to issue full refunds. I always work with clients to ensure they are completely in love with their jewellery and future shopping with me! My policy requires a message notification within 3 business days of receiving an order that does not meet your satisfaction. For damage incurred during shipping, you are reasonable for all shipping cost including return of the jewellery to your care.
Couture Designs
Custom orders are most welcome, feel free to ask for any item with any adjustment, or anything else you want me to make, I enjoy creating and love challenges. There is a design fee of $100.00 for custom pieces. You will receive up to 6 hand rendered designs (that remain the property of MACK Creative). Once the design is chosen the $100.00 will be deducted from your final price. Production allow 3-7 weeks.
PLEASE NOTE - all rings are priced up to size 10 and necklaces that need extra length will be priced individually and subject to increase in price. Please contact me for the more details.
